How to make sure the right users can see document templates

Document templates not visible

If a user cannot see document templates in Frontliners, it is usually because the templates have not been made visible for that role.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Document templates in Frontliners.
  2. Find the template or templates that are missing.
  3. Edit the visibility settings on the template and specify which roles may see it — for example Super admin.
  4. Save the changes.

Users will then be able to see the templates the next time they log in or reload the page.
