How to make sure the right users can see document templates
Document templates not visible
If a user cannot see document templates in Frontliners, it is usually because the templates have not been made visible for that role.
How to fix it
- Go to Document templates in Frontliners.
- Find the template or templates that are missing.
- Edit the visibility settings on the template and specify which roles may see it — for example Super admin.
- Save the changes.
Users will then be able to see the templates the next time they log in or reload the page.
