Employee cannot see their contract in the app

If an employee cannot see their contract in the app, the most common reason is that the contract was attached as a file instead of being created in the system.

Why can’t the employee see their contract?

The most common reason is that you have attached the contract as a file (e.g. a PDF) instead of creating it directly in the Frontliners system.

Contracts attached as documents are visible under Documents — but they do not appear as an actual contract in the employee’s app.

How to fix it

You need to create the contract using the contract template feature in Frontliners:

  1. Go to Staff and select the employee.
  2. Click Contracts.
  3. Select a contract template and fill in the relevant fields.
  4. Send the contract for signing — the employee will then be able to see and sign it in their app.
