How to read the schedule
In Frontliners, you can easily keep track of whether your employees have clocked in — without having to open the time clock view.
When an employee clocks in or out, the shift is automatically updated in the schedule. This applies whether you are viewing the schedule on mobile or desktop.
- Start time underlined = the employee has clocked in
- End time underlined = the employee has clocked out
- No underline = the employee has not yet clocked in
The times shown are the shift's registered start and end times — not necessarily the exact moment the employee punched the clock. If an employee clocks in before the shift begins, the shift's planned start time is displayed.
This gives you a quick overview of who is at work — and who has not shown up yet.
