# How do I print a schedule overview?

## You can easily print schedule overviews directly from the Frontliners system. This allows you to have a physical copy of weekly or monthly schedules for reference.

**To print a schedule overview**

1. Navigate to the schedule screen in Frontliners
2. Use the zoom controls to adjust the view (e.g. zoom out to see 4 weeks at once)
3. Click the keyboard print icon or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac)
4. In the print dialog, adjust settings as needed (e.g. orientation, paper size) 5. Click "Print" to send the schedule to your printer

**For best results, consider these tips**

1. Use landscape orientation for more expansive views
2. Adjust margin settings to maximize space usage
3. Try different zoom levels to find the ideal view for printing
