# How to set up the Proløn integration

## Connect Frontliners to Proløn by adding Frontliners as an external user.

### How to set up the Proløn integration

To transfer data from Frontliners to Proløn, you need to set up a connection between the two systems.

This is done in Proløn:

1. Go to **Min adgang** (My access) in the left menu
2. Select **Eksterne brugere** (External users)
3. Add Frontliners as an external user with the username **91102-frontliners**
4. Grant the following permissions:
     - Læse løn (Read payroll)
     - Ændre løn (Edit payroll)
     - Læse arkiv (Read archive)
     - Se brugere/adgang (View users/access)
     - Ændre brugere/adgang (Edit users/access)
5. Save the changes

*Note: Proløn's interface is in Danish only.*

#### **Payslip delivery method**

Frontliners sets the default delivery method to **Email (M)** if nothing else has been specified. If employees prefer a different delivery method, this must be communicated to Frontliners before the first payroll run.

The following delivery methods are available in PROLØN:

- **M = Email** – the payslip is sent to the employee's email address (default)
- **J = eBoks** – the payslip is sent to the employee's eBoks
- **K = Mit.dk** – the payslip is made available on Mit.dk
- **P = Delivered by employer** – the payslip is handed out physically by the employer
