Understanding your pricing and invoice

Frontliners uses simple, transparent pricing. Here's how it works.

Pricing Plans

All prices are per employee per month.

Scheduling (included with all plans)

You automatically get the Light plan if you have 10 or fewer employees and don't use add-on modules. The moment you exceed 10 employees or add a module, you move to the Full plan.

The Full Suite includes scheduling + Learning + HR in one package — significantly cheaper than buying the modules separately (which would be 33 + 44 + 44 = 121 kr/month, vs. 99 kr/month for the suite).

Note: Scheduling is always the base — you cannot purchase the Learning or HR modules without it.

How Your Invoice Is Calculated

Your invoice is calculated as: Number of employees × Price per employee × Billing period

Example: Monthly billing, Full plan, 15 employees
Scheduling: 15 × 33 kr = 495 kr/month

Example: Annual billing, Full Suite, 20 employees
Full Suite: 20 × 89 kr × 12 months = 21,360 kr/year (1,780 kr/month)

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

With annual billing, you commit to a full year and pay upfront — in return, you get a lower per-employee price. With monthly billing, you pay each month with no long-term commitment.
