How to set up salary supplements

Salary supplements (tillæg) let you add extra pay for specific conditions like evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.

What Are Salary Supplements?

Salary supplements (tillæg) are additional pay rates that apply under specific conditions, such as:

  • Evening or night shifts
  • Weekend shifts
  • Holiday shifts
  • Special roles or responsibilities

Setting Up Supplements

Supplements are configured through roles. To set up different supplement rates:

  1. Go to Staff (Manage staff) in the left menu
  2. Go to Roles
  3. Create or edit a role
  4. Configure the supplement rates for that role

If you need different supplement rates for different situations, you can create separate roles for each scenario (e.g., "Waiter - Evening" with evening supplement, "Waiter - Weekend" with weekend supplement).
