Accessing contracts for former employees is straightforward in Frontliners. You can find these documents under the "Former Employees" section of the system.
To locate contracts for former employees:
- Click on the burger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Expand the menu to view all available options.
- Look for the "Former Employees" section as a sub menu to the Staff menu.
- Click on this section to access information and documents related to past employees.
- Navigate through the list to find the specific former employee whose contract you need.
- Select the document icon next to the name of the employee to view all associated documents, including contracts.
This method ensures you can easily retrieve contracts and other important information for employees who are no longer active in the system.
