To get a clear and structured view of employee shifts in Frontliners, you can use employee sorting along with other sorting options:
-
Sort by Employees:
- Sorting by employees displays each employee’s shifts on a separate line. This makes it easy to see their shifts and available days. Empty fields indicate when they have no shifts, showing their availability for additional shifts.
-
Combine with Roles or Sections:
- For even better organization, you can sort by roles or sections as the first sorting option, and then by employees as the second. This groups employees by their roles or by the section they work in, giving you a clearer picture of who is assigned to which tasks and areas within your organization.
- For example, sorting by sections first allows you to see which employees are assigned to specific areas, and within those sections, you can view each employee's shifts.
-
Combine with Time Sorting:
- If you want to see shifts in chronological order, you can use Time as the second sorting option after selecting employees. This will display each employee’s shifts sorted by start time, making it easier to view their working hours.
By using these combinations, you can create a more detailed and structured view of employee shifts, making it easier to manage and adjust the schedule according to your needs.
