This article explains how to interpret the request count, view accepted shifts, and access shift history.
When managing shift requests in Frontliners, it's important to understand how the system displays information about accepted shifts and employee availability.
To manage shift requests effectively:
- Check the request count: The number shown represents available employees who can take the shift.
- Review accepted shifts: Some may already have shifts that day, even if multiple employees have accepted. Look for a red calendar icon and time next to "Accepted" to identify employees with existing shifts.
- Access shift history:
- Click on the shift in the calendar view.
- In the menu that appears, select "History".
- This shows all actions related to the shift, including who has accepted.
- You can still view shift history for past dates using the same method, even if the day is closed.
- Use the calendar view: This provides a comprehensive overview of all shifts and their statuses.
- Utilize color coding: Different colors indicate various shift statuses, making identifying available and filled shifts easy.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage shift requests and maintain an accurate overview of your workforce schedule.
