The blank "Add" fields appear on days when employees don’t have shifts, especially when the schedule is sorted by employees.
While this can be useful for checking availability, you can make the schedule more compact by adjusting the sorting.
How to reduce the size of the schedule:
- Go to the Schedule.
- Set "Time" as the first sorting option to stack shifts and remove most blank fields.
- Alternatively, choose roles or sections as the first sorting and use Time as the second to reduce empty fields.
Sorting options:
- First sorting: Choose from roles, employees, time, or sections.
- Second sorting: Refine the view further by selecting Time for a more compact layout.
By using Time as either the first or second sorting option, you can achieve a cleaner, more compact schedule view.
