How to invite employees, applicants, and managers

You can use this 2-minute video when you need to invite employees and managers, and when you have received an application and would like to learn more about the applicant.

 

We suggest that you also add your applicants, as this way you can get an overview of whether the person has applied before and how their personality profile fits into your company.

Here's how you do it:

  1. Go to 'Employees'
  2. Press the blue button 'Invite employees'
  3. Fill in e-mail, phone number, name, user type and place
  4. If you want a personality test set ✔️
  5. Press 'Invite'

The person you invite will then receive an email with an invitation to go in and complete their personal profile. In addition, the person will receive an email with a link to take the personality test.
