How Do I Transfer Salary to the Intect Salary System?

To set up automatic salary transfers from Frontliners to Intect, follow these steps:

  • Invite Frontliners Integration as a Payroll Administrator:

    • Create and invite a new user in Intect named Frontliners Integration as a Payroll Administrator (Lønadministrator).
      • A separate email address per location must be provided, used exclusively for this purpose. This is a requirement from Intect. Some users use their own email address, while others use a dedicated address – for example post41221356.account@ecit.dk.
    • Make sure the option to "Post payroll runs (Bogføre lønkørsler)" is disabled.

  • Add CVR and Intect login in Frontliners:

    • Go to Location – you can find it in your profile menu by clicking your picture in the top right corner.
    • Edit the relevant location and add the company's CVR number.
    • In the same screen, enter the Email and Password in the Intect section.
