How can I view employee satisfaction scores and comments?

Employee satisfaction feedback is a valuable tool for managers. You can easily access satisfaction scores and comments directly in Frontliners.

To view employee satisfaction scores and comments:

1. Go to the dashboard and locate the main graph.
2. Switch the graph view yearly by clicking the "Year" option.
3. Below the graph, look for a dropdown menu to select what data to display.
4. Choose "Employee Satisfaction" from this dropdown.
5. The graph will show the monthly employee satisfaction scores over time.

For comments, there are two types:

1. Anonymous comments tied to the satisfaction score: These are not directly visible to managers to maintain anonymity.
2. Non-anonymous comments: These can be viewed when approving payroll. Look for a comment field at the top of the payroll approval page.

It's important to note that employees should use the non-anonymous comment field instead of the satisfaction score comments if they want to leave non-anonymous feedback about day-to-day operations.
