How to set up hourly accounts on employees

You can keep track of your employee's hours compared to your contractual obligation. This way you will always be able to see if you need to assign more or fewer hours to an employee when doing the scheduling.

To make this work perfectly, there are a few things you must set up on the employee. Go to edit employee and start by entering a Hired date. This date is the original date when the employee was hired and the hourly accounts will start the calculations on this day.

The next field you must enter data in is the hours per week. Enter the contractual hours, click the Save button, and now the hourly accounts will calculate how many hours the employee was supposed to work from the hired date to today's date and deduct all hours registered in the schedule, to give you the exact amount of hours the employee is ahead or behind.

You can see the hourly accounts by clicking the Hourly accounts link on the employee.
