How to use training

When using Frontliners, your employees will be introduced to trainings that will develop them, their skills and their general knowledge.

Training is divided into the following three categories:

  1. Procedure training
  2. Product training
  3. Sales training
Within the three categories, you can create texts for employees to read, videos for them to watch, and quizzes for them to answer.

Procedure training
This type of training is about the way you want employees to do things. An example could be things to remember when you open and also close, how you receive guests and much more.

Product training
As the name suggests, this is informative information about the products you sell. It can e.g. be information about the menu in a restaurant, the coffee in a café or the clothes in a shop. All the products that are sold at your location.

Sales training
This is about how your employees can provide a fantastic service, give customers a good experience and thereby sell as much as possible. It can e.g. be how they read the customer's body language, ask open questions, close sales, and more.

Frontliners will not bombard your employees with a lot of knowledge all at once, as we do not believe in knowledge overflow. Instead, there will be regular training in between the employees' shifts, so this way over time, they will get through all the training they need to be able to perform their absolute best.
