The user doesn't receive the email invitation

Here's what to know when a user does not receive the email invitation to use Frontliners.

There can be several reasons for not receiving the email invitation. Here are a few things to check:

1. Check that the email address on the user account is correct. It can be valuable to check for typos and if none is found, then ask the user to repeat the address to make sure it's the right one.

2. Send the invite again. Sometimes you might forget to activate the switch that sends the invite. You can resend the invite by clicking the paper plane icon next to the relevant user on the staff list.

3. Ask the user to check spam filters, to see if the invite ended there for some reason.

 

No matter which problem with an invite you encounter the user can also go to the login page https://app.frontliners.ai and click the "Forgot password" link to get a new email invitation.
