What are user rights in Frontliners?

In Frontliners, users can be assigned different roles and permissions based on their responsibilities. Here are the user types and rights:

User Types:

  1. SuperAdmin: Full access to all functions and settings. Typically assigned to business owners or those needing full rights.

  2. Manager: Access to everything except system setup. Managers can view and manage shifts, tasks, and employee data but cannot modify system settings.

  3. Employee: Basic access to use the system for daily tasks like viewing shifts and completing assigned tasks.

  4. Supplier: Functions the same as employees but does not receive payroll. Instead, they invoice the company.

  5. Timeclock User: For use on timeclock devices, allowing employees to clock in/out without accessing other system features.

  6. Applicant: Used for candidates who are not yet hired. They can only access information related to their application status.

Specific Rights that Can Be Assigned:

  1. Post Author: Can create posts on the message board for team communication.

  2. Finance Access: Provides access to financial data, such as sales figures, guest numbers, and contribution margins.

  3. Finance and Budget Access: Users can view financial data and create/edit budgets and forecasts.

  4. Payroll Access: Grants access to employee payroll data, including salary and payroll statistics.

  5. Time Approver: Can approve and modify time records for employees.

  6. Shift Planner: Users can plan and edit shifts for employees, including assigning and adjusting work schedules.

  7. Task Assigner: Can create and assign tasks to other employees to properly distribute responsibilities.

  8. Trainer: Trainers can create and manage training materials such as texts, videos, and quizzes to help onboard and educate employees.
