Net Promoter Score is a common standard for measuring loyalty. In Frontliners we use it to measure employee loyalty.
Net Promoter Score is calculated as follows:
Number 9-10 score * 100
Number of 7-8 scores * 0
Number 0-6 score * -100
The sum of the above / number of answers
An example could be the following:
5 happy employees * 100 = 500
2 neutral employees * 0 = 0
3 dissatisfied employees * -100 = -300
It gives 500+0-300 = 200/10 answers = 20 in the Net Promoter Score.
